I would say Flair and Rock get mentioned more than him (and rightly so). Being his inspiration for even getting into the business is not far from being his "hero", in my opinion.

Everyone who doesn't buy into the CM Punk gimmick of saving the business "FOR REAL, IT'S A SHOOT" isn't a troll or "wrestlefag" or whatever. The guy is good talker who could be an ok midcarder, they pushed him way beyond his means and the fans and more importantly the business is suffering for it.

They're doing 2.5's right now like it's OK... How bad does it need to get? A 1.0? I just want to be able to tune into some kind of wrestling with my future son in 15 years.

Piper came way before Rock. So that leaves Piper and Flair from your list. Getting hero from inspiration, especially with just that quote is a reach.
