We'll never know. Is it even possible to move that much weight w/o dropping bodies? Just doesn't seem possible he couldn't made as much as he claims. The Nets situation proves he embellishes a lil.

No....trust me, no.

Read the early days of Chapo, dude had to drop whole rooms down for just 4 kilos.

Calvin took the charge.
The whole story is strange. The state prosecutes...not the victim. The victim can't decide to let one of two people off the hook.
Calvin says they were both locked up and charged with attempted murder (and other things), if that's the case, Jay should show up just as Calvin does.
I'm out of my element here...but maybe they were both arrested or brought in for questioning, and Calvin was charged and Jay wasn't. :yeshrug:

It was a shooting at a party. So the only way it could work in the former is if before they got caught, Calvin said he's gonna take the charge, before they were arrested. Also depends on how much physical evidence they have. If they don't have much physical evidence or anyone willing to come forward, they'll need a confession.

The later there's more options of what could've happened.

That's a really dope article, you don't see much hip hop journalism like that anymore. Jay is official, always has been just the themes in his music, so consistent with him off the record, esp. in the late 90's, he's the same dude he's always been. Had his poster on the wall in 98, and seeing him in BK at Barclays next week. That's a dope life parallel.

Jay reminds me of myself, and I think every one who ever hustled, and is introspective enough to know and CARE about what that meant.
