Joker's wrist injury broke his 3 going back to last year. Without the threat of splashing from outside at 40% he goes from nearly impossible to guard to just difficult. Embiid and the help they sent did great jobs.

And Joker just cannot guard Embiid. Even without 4 fouls. Props to Joel for being aggressive. Big time buckets.

Serbs played their absolute best but those 3s finally stopped falling. That last wide open one from the lefty would've been crushing. But only so long fake Serbs could pretend.

And don't forget Book - was pressuring the hell out of the ball and hit that huge 3.

Amazing 4th for the home team

:wow::wow::wow:
Yea I gotta give Booker a salute:salute:

Breh was playing his ass off

It ain't their fault. Serbia was jacking up threes and were making them efficiently in the first half. Luckily, Steph shots kept Team USA in the game.
Breh, the talent on this team should not allow them to be in close games like this. Yes Serbia was making a lot of shots but they were also playing harder than Team USA. Also didn't help that Team USA looked like they never ran an offensive play in their lives.

That's the first time I can remember Embiid putting a team on his back offensively to lead a comeback in a big game. He missed too many rebounds but he was sensational on offense and got the US back in the game.

That's what we've been wanting to see from him in the playoffs. I wonder if this has an influence on him going forward for the Sixers.
