Julio isn’t washed because of skill set or lack of speed. He’s still a legit nightmare to cover. His hamstrings just been failing him the last few years. They simply cant hold up

The only WR close to him from a pure skill perspective is AB. Infact I think AB is the most skilled WR to ever play the game and could have played at a high level into his late thirties because he had a TO level work ethic.
