This isnt about me though. So whats your point?

the same "point" you thought you were making when you asked me this..

Lets say you happen to get into a fight with a gangbanger. You get the best of him right before he just stops fighting and turns around and leaves. You really think hes not a threat to you anymore just because he turned around and left? I know you have more sense than that. Criminals never stop being a threat.

well.. did you chase them down and kill them..?

I had an M4 in my hand. What you think? :rudy:

I don't condone reckless killing, but if I'm in a situation where it's either me or him...

I pray to God, that me and family are never victims. Times are getting worse and these young nikkas have really lost it.

This shyt is nothing to brag about bruh. Taking another person's life. shyt don't feel good. But If you've never been in a situation where your life was in danger then please step away from this topic.

Of course the ATL
Tough call brehs, but I'm leaning towards the "old cac was well within his rights to defend his home & bust at ANYBODY who threatens him & his home" shyt. Let me ask some of y'all brehs defending the pregnant robber...do you think the robbers would've shown him mercy if he had cried "I'm an 80 yr old man, this is my home and all I have, please don't steal from me!" No, they were on a mission and probably would've murked HIM. I have ZERO sympathy for the robber, who happened to be pregnant.

So yea this is an unfortunate situation especially with the loss of life of an unborn child, but if you gonna be on that stick up goon shyt be prepared b/c not everybody is gonna let you get away

did you really just try to parallel a robbery, with being at war..? :comeon:

and, i have been in an almost similar scenario.. and, we chased someone down, and shot at them.. probably, the dumbest thing i ever was apart of growing up..

ive also been robbed while at someones crib who had alot of dope.. when they were gone, we didnt go chasing after them.. being, common sense told us no telling what we ran into chasing them..

and, for the record- you are condoning a senseless killing.. he was ok.. ok enough to be 80, chase someone down and look them in the eyes and kill them while they plead for their life.. thats senseless.. but, we can agree to disagree.. im going to the waterfalls.. yall can argue this sh!t 'til the birds come home..

btw- :salute: for your service..

that was the 3rd time THE HOUSE was robbed.. not by them.. :snoop:

yall cats didnt even properly read the article.. :heh:

When you get robbed 3 times I could imagine somebody could turn into Willie Manchester and shoot a little Jimmy in the back:mjlol:...its a good chance he kept getting robbed because people who robbed em prior spread word it was a easy job:youngsabo:....that whole "send a message" thing he said kinda says he was fed up already and wasn't taking it no more.

If they didn't jump on em and beat up a "helpless" 80 year old it would be easier to have sympathy:manny:.

this aint like that story where dude left his door opened and waited for whoever robbed em to come back just so he could shoot em.

Seriously... I almost feel bad for you.

Being in danger is being in danger. No difference between war and being robbed at gunpoint. I guess we all just react differently. :yeshrug:

ONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A third suspect was involved in the Long Beach robbery of an elderly man that resulted in the death of a female burglar who claimed she was pregnant, Long Beach police said Friday.

Ruby Adams, 49, was arrested Thursday night and booked for robbery. She is the mother of Gus Adams, 26, who was also allegedly involved in burglarizing a house near Terrylynn Place and Country Club Drive on Tuesday night.

In addition, the Los Angeles County Coroner released Friday that Andrea Miller, 28, who claimed she was pregnant while allegedly burglarizing the home with Gus and Ruby Adams, was not pregnant. Miller was shot and killed by the 80-year-old Tom Greer, the owner of the home.

Greer told police he came home and found two suspects, identified as Miller and Gus Adams, burglarizing his house.

"(The suspects) jump on him, as he describes, and they beat him with fists, and then throw him, body slam him, basically, on to the floor," said Long Beach Police Chief Jim McDonnell.

Greer had a broken collarbone, cuts and bruises from the attack.

"They leave him, basically I think, believing he's not a threat. He is able to get up. At that point, he goes into another room, retrieves a gun and comes back and confronts them once again," McDonnell said.

As the suspects fled, Greer opened fire on them inside and outside the home, hitting Miller as she fled into an alley.

Prosecutors have not yet decided whether to file charges against Greer, who told media that he shot Miller despite her pleading not to shoot because she was pregnant.

Gus Adams, the alleged accomplice, fled unharmed but was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of residential burglary and murder. He was charged Friday with murder, residential robbery, residential burglary, grand theft firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon, according to the District Attorney's Office. He remained jailed on $1,025,500 bail.

Under California law, homeowners can defend themselves if they are in "imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death," McDonnell said. Prosecutors will have to determine whether Greer's action went beyond self-defense.

Anyone who may have information regarding this investigation was urged to contact Long Beach police Detectives Mark McGuire and Greg Kabbe at (562) 570-7244.
