What is funny is that the Spurs have 3 players that were integral to the title run last year that either aren't playing or are not playing well...

Splitter has been injured and he is a greate post defender, rebounder, interior passer, and ALWAYS makes the perfect backdoor cut to the hoop at the perfect time...

Mills has been flat out horrible all year...is coming off of rotator cuff surgery...last year this dude single handidly won some regular season games and when he is on is an elite shooter from all over the floor...

Marco has been nursing a groin injury all year and just randomly hurts it and has to miss games here and there...

So as good as the Spurs are playing right now...they are still missing 3 vital players...if even one of these dudes comes back and plays like they did in last years playoffs then :merchant:

Also...Leviathan is starting to pose a problem I don't think any team is going to have an answer for...he has gotten so good in the post that you borderline have to double team him...and he is doing it from the SF position so now you are all types of fukked if you double him...

Can't double him off Duncan...he still got the juice and that is going to be an easy layup...

Can't double him off Diaw...ditto...

Can't double him off any perimeter guy...to many shooters...even though mills and belo are hurt/not playing well both of these dudes can light it up at a moments notice...it will not end will for you double Leonard off the perimeter and letting Green, Belli, and Mills fire away uncontested 3's...

Parkers mid range game is still there by the way...you got to glue a guy to him to stop penetration...

I can't even begin to try to figure out how you guard a Duncan/Diaw/Leonard line up if Leonard is going to continue to play like this in the post...

That is 3 players you might have to double in the post on the floor at the same time...:merchant:

With one of the best penetrating point guards in the league flanking them...

And one of the best 3 point shooters in the league flanking him...

And I haven't even mentioned Manu yet...:merchant:

They not even the Spurs anymore...change their names to the San Antonio :demonic:

They're bad for the league at this point. Nobody wants to see those old, boring mufukkas in the finals. They're bad for ratings.

they're only boring to people who don't understand basketball

you gotta be a :cp: ass n*gga to be bored by the spurs

or a feminine dude who would rather watch reality shows than sports

I been arguing with a friend of mine who absolutely hates the Spurs. He was doing the song and dance about how they've never looked this bad and the season is definitely over for them. I actually had faith that they would turn it around mainly for the importance of Kawhi and how important he is to the team now. I think the West representative is either going to be GS or SA at this point.

Yeah I don't get it. The way they play basketball is art...that ball movement is :wow:
The whole Spurs being boring argument been dead for 3-4 years now. They play a great brand of basketball. All the great ball moving, the constantly moving offenses, perfect cuts, and great passing. I have no idea how people can't enjoy that.
