I think based on the wording they are talking about casual sex. meaning they only want us to smash women in order to get them pregnant.

There is no way to regulate masterbation, without 24/7 surveillance on every citizen.

What this really means is they might outlaw more birth control stuff, like condoms and the pill in order to comply with this should it be passed. This combined with bans on abortions essentially means potentially more babies, or more coat hangers up vaginas, more kids in foster homes or more babies being left in dumpsters. and more single parent households. or more moms dying in childbirth.

Because we all know people aren't going to stop fukking for pleasure. This is no different than an abortion ban, and lawmakers are still overstepping trying regulate peoples sex life and medical decisions

So what this would apply to is sex without a condom and without actually wanting to procreate. This felony would cost violators thousands of dollars, with a max of $10,000 per discharge.

You could tell police if they ask that you do want a baby. Low key they would only be able to obtain evidence from couples who try to get abortions. Which essentially just makes this an abortion ban.
