I have fat ass people at my job passive aggressively hating on some "enjoy it now" or "wait until whatever age" while trying different diets every other month. I try to tell them that they need to stop worrying so much about what they eat and just eat less and move more but they don't want to hear it. It's always keto, atkins, soup diet, juice diet, and whatever other dumb shyt. Then they eat like straight filthy swine on the weekends (because it doesn't count lol), gain a bunch of weight, and come back talking about "dieting don't work". I try to avoid them now because I want to slap them right in the 12 pack of beef franks on the back of their sweaty neck every time we talk.
