you're better off saying sorry or running away than trying to match up the circumstances when you can beat another grown man to death.

i dont see any situation where there isnt a better alternative than trying to beat another grown man up to the point of death in a fight. that boy shooting that man has more leeway legally than if the man was standing there beating him to death. and he'd still be shot.
