They try to lie and say he made it before Pac died. But it don't add up. He prolly made a version of it but the final version was DEF after his death. He referenced his death in the song fam. And he hopped on the radio in LA and spit the verse after Pac died. Ain't no excuse. Anybody making excuses for that shyt is full of it cause they know damn well he could've dissed Pac while he was alive. And Who Shot Ya dropped in 95.

The answer to this would be even more damaging. Biggie simply didn't have that connection to humanity. He was just an excellent rapper, with a fake persona. Pac even helped him build it.

And becoming a gangbanger AFTER your rich and famous was a real persona?

Of course it was re written, but if he originally planned the song before pacs death, then decided to keep working on the record after pac died, then it is what it is. Pac was openly in NY shytting on biggie so dissing pac in LA, while a dumb and costly move, wasn't as bad in his mind. If biggie didn't start working on the song until after pac died, then that's some sucka shyt, but if he started working on it before pac died, and was planning on releasing it, obviously expecting pac to be alive to hear it since he didn't know puffy had negotiated a deal with Keefe d and em to kill pac, then it is what it is. Pac dissed him and his family publicly and went on a fukk bad boy tirade. I'm a pac fan, but in hindsight biggie was not obligated to respect the dead.
