The driver probably seen his old coworkers quit because they couldn’t take the heat and decided that he wasn’t gonna let no one run him away from his bread, no matter what.

That’s why I try to speak to the driver’s when I board their bus because you never know what type of day their having.
Some drivers would let you on for free if u don’t have a pass as long as you’re not being a dikkhead and disturbing everyone. Little homie should have got on the bus.
Some drivers would call you back to the front if they see you walk past. It’s been times where I gave them my situation and they said just sit down. Some drivers can be understanding but some can be dikkheads for no reason even when you’re speaking to them.
At the end of the day, respect these drivers and show them some courtesy. That’s all want to hear.

Spitting is a no no especially with covid being out.

No one wants to be the laughingstock especially around other black folks. Someone could have pulled that young man aside and told him “Breh, leave that driver alone. I’ll pay for your pass but stop arguing with him because I’m trying to get home to my fam.
The poor man probably wanted to do his job in peace too.
