I was thinking the same shyt. Breh has escalatingly thought of doing this before.
In PA i think its stiffer penalties for assaulting a transit worker.
Transit workers in pa tend to be a$$holes so im assuming the courts was probably getting flooded with cases at one point and something had to give. Policies like dat dont just up and form in a vacuum.
After taking a second look at it, some more observations
Bus driver should have just kept his cool and let the transit police handle it if we keeping it 100. The bus driver doesnt know how to fight. How he on the ground rolling around with the dude hes supposedly beating up after he swung on him twice and connected? If that kid wanted to or was trained, that bus driver would have got fukked up which is why i dont get why he fought. If youre going to lose your job, i mean do a one hitter quitter or at least throw dude out the bus. Its clear that youngin wanted to cost dude his job and wants a payday too. Make a statement if youre going to crash out and go down bad.

What probably happened is that the Gen X breh didn't tap or swipe, bus driver said something about it and the Gen X loser got mad about it. But yeah if you spit on me it's on sight.
