Dude definitely won. No murder hes already done almost 3 years and will probably be paroled out in about a year. He dont have to testify on Thug either.

Sentence to 20 years but to serve 7 years not including time served. Looks like he might have to actually serve under 4-5 years. It's state charges so he might serve about 3 years.

That long azz probation is nuts. You can't do shyt or you will have to serve the entire time.

In GA theyll violate you then put you back on the streets in 6 months to a year or sum depending on how you violated. As long as he dont catch another real charge he'll be ok. Probation and parole is absolutely a trap though unless you really changing your life around. I definitely dont think he can make it through those 12 or 13 years on parole or probation.

Have you been watching? Thugs lawyer didn't want a plea deal because they were basically winning the case due to shytty prosecution

The state WANTS plea deals at this point because at least it counts as a guilty conviction on paper, that helps Fani way more than thug getting a not guilty verdict if they keep the case going (or a mistrial due to the state fukking up again)

They have always wanted Thug and they are not going to allow him to get a deal after all of this. This plea deal was only to keep the trial going, because the judge has shown she is going to make sure it gets to the end no matter what and the last witness caused issues regarding Nichols.

I have been watching this case for a long time and i was watching it live when the last fukk up happened so i know what is going on, including the one with the detective.

The reason the defense wanted a mistrial WITH prejudice is with all of the fukkups and instructions to the jury for each one, at some point the jury is going to either forget or get confused. That is not good for the defense to rely on the jury to remember each little thing they were told not to use later.

It would look even worse for the state than a not guilty verdict to give plea deals to the rest, including Thug, that does not have the murder on it because that is the one that is the main charge of this case. They are going after YSL for a murder so why would they take that off in a plea deal. There is no way they are removing that for Thug, because if anyone is getting hit with that it will be him.

Nichols got 7 years for the RICO charge so what would you think taking a plea for a murder would be? Or any of the other charges? No way Thug would take that, even if it was being offered. At this point if he gets convicted his best hope for freedom would be through appeal with all of the prosecutorial misconduct.
