There's the OG Roy Harper who lost his arm so he's Arsenal now. Then there's the clone Roy Harper / Red Arrow that was the one the infected the league with the Staro tech at the end of season 2. Then Guardian from the Cadmus lab was stated to also be a Roy Harper clone that was grown to be older

That's the one I don't remember, the Guardian clone. I know Cadmus was doing all kinds of fukk shyt but I don't remember a Roy clone.

That one I remember. A whole chunk of season 2 storyline was based around him. I don't remember the Cadmus/Guardian Clone though, at least not being another Roy Harper clone.

He's a clone of Roy but was forced to grow older and given memory thinking he was Jim Harper's grandson

Jim Harper was cloned by Cadmus[1] from the original Roy Harper. Although he was the younger clone chronologically, he was force-grown to be physically older than Red Arrow.[3] He was implanted with false memories that he was the grandson of the original Guardian, also named Jim Harper.[8]

He officially joined Cadmus as head of security in 2009.[9] Guardian was already a figure of some notoriety before joining Cadmus.[6]

So cadmus created guardian when they captured the original roy way back in season 1 before episode 1...
