With Microsoft's path towards this, I'm not mad at this in the slightest. As far as sales, I think that it is the right approach. However, I'm a gamer so neither the PS4 or One will be my most played console. That said, I will get both at launch. I've moved on to the master race, that being the PC. I don't do fantasy sports nor do I watch a lot of television so for about half of the reveal, I could have honestly been doing something else, though I have to admit that I was impressed by the tech and will compare old Kinect to new Kinect when I get this. I'll be getting both for the exclusives and when and if my PC gets long in the tooth at the end of this generation or when I can't run everything at 60fps with all bells and whistles, I'll just build another PC with top of the line specs as I did this one that I'm typing on.
Wait so, if I buy a game, and my girl wants to play it on my xbox but with her tag..... she gotta pay? !?!
Any Tag can play it on that console because it was activated(paid) on that console.
I see, but like me and my girl are on that family XBL plan (don't hate) so if I want to play a game on my xbox after i install it on hers...... will that work?

Yea it will work on yours but not hers (unless she buys the rights) according the phil harrison. It'll only work on hers if she login as you on her console. she can unlock the game on her console without your login by paying the fee.
btw family plan is suppose to be "free" i'm assuming one xbl account membership paid per system.

You gonna have a Xbox Live bill, A Live TV bill, a used game Bill, and u gonna have to pay for more than one User to play online... Dont listen to the bs.. i been had the info on Webtv One.. u gonna have Bills Bills Bills.. watch..lol wait thats what its all about watching
