Looking at 1.8 in terms of 100%, how much of that is 1.2. It's 67% so there is a theoretical 33% difference in teraflops.

If you're saying the 1.8 has 150% the power than a 1.2 (which is what rekka said)
If you want to look at it the other way and say that 1.2 has 67% of the power of a 1.8 that's also true.
BUT you can't say that a 1.8 is 33% more powerful than a 1.2 that is just not true factually speaking
