I'm not 21 anymore and honestly I spend waaay mor time on my Xbox doing stuff other that just playing games. I have 2 of them and they both on and connected to live and streaming something a lot of the time.

I jump between Netflix(360 app >> all), espn, Black ops, hbo go, live arcade games, youtube, streaming pirated shyt all day. Because I spend so much time on the 360 for everything else, I really only buy games for that system. My PS3 became s blu ray player and nothing else. MS knows what they're doing.

Still didn't squash the rumor of it needing to be online to play games. Hopefully one of the followup interviewers will ask them.

Geoff asked him and he said online is not required, but needed for a lot of those Live features.

I'll buy it eventually. PS4 more than likely first though.

Its a media and console announcement event obviously they show media to the MEDIA. Happy they got the os out the way e3 is just games

No thanks, I haven't enjoyed CoD since CoD4. I prefer the more diverse gameplay of Battlefield

both events left us with the same feeling of wanting more. XBOX's presentation was too short, PS4 was too long. I guess we will see everything at E3

i couldnt get on neogaf during the conference, it wasnt like this for the ps4 reveal

That shyt was terrible. I already got an HTPC as the heart of my entertainment system, so this shyt doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. If they don't step it up at E3, i'm rolling with PS4 this gen.

Sony played their cards right IMO. They didn't show the console so people still are curious as to how it will look. They gave the gamers a vision of what it's going to be as far as how the sharing will be implemented. And they showed actual gameplay from some of their exclusives.
