I enjoy them too, they're fast paced, have a variety of superstars/styles, and the winner is usually a bit more unpredictable with their being 3/4 possible winners. That Fatal-4-Way on Raw with Owens/Del Rio/Reigns/Ziggler was brilliant, one of the best matches last year

For the WWE, these great 3/4 ways are few and in between. It's mostly two guys resting on the outside while two fight in the ring, then they alternate for 10+ minutes until every one gets hit with a finisher and pinned with a roll-up
