I've read some of the comments on IGN and it's not surprising that people are pissed, the new reversal system has the people who claimed they were great at playing theses games pressed. The reversal system is going to weed out all the spammers online and actually make them have to play honest.

How does being good at reversing take away from how good someone is at the game? It's a skill. The problem is too many people would just spam hitting the reversal button instead of timing it. Or they were too dumb to know not to immediately grapple but instead know to change up your timings so that you're not reversed as easily.

I do wish they'd break apart strike and grapple reverse buttons to add more of a curve to being good at reversing. I always like to start off defensive to learn my opponents move patterns and then would start to take over once I had them figured out.

You kind of answered your own question in those 2 sentences, people abused the reversal button and had no idea how to actually win a match solely on strategy. Having a reversal limit will now force those spammers to learn how to wrestle for once.

They really need to give us an actual version of Hollywood Rock, the only good one we got was in HCTP and they really screwed us on that 2k14 bullshyt version.

Brock looked terrible in that game.

The 2k model is way closer to what he looks like. Still needs improvement but the UFC Brock, no.

From the side, it does. His model is pretty much the same from last year. Thats how he looks in the game. The only thing that hurts the model is the facial expressions being animated because he wasnt scanned. Thats an issue with the UFC model too as well as it overall not looking like him.

Gameplay looks pretty decent from the few clips I've seen. Any news on whether they've fixed the universe mode and career mode?
