This is such dope series. I was late to the party but I’m caught up now. :wow:

What do they have…one more season? I wonder how far they go with the story.

RZA is a great storyteller. I could see this working to tell other stories.

They've been ending each season on a downbeat, so, if they continue the trend, I figure SSN 3 ends with them imploding & pulling out of the Wu/Rage tour after Forever.

If they want to switch it up and end on an upnote to close out the series, I'd imagine it would be the release of Forever.

This is probably one of if not THEE BEST series i've witnessed in my 36 years of living. I'ma add that the flood was just a way of God saying "It ain't fair for the rest of the world if these mfs put out these projects as intended, let me flaw up their catalog a bit:lolbron:" Cuz now it all makes sense why Meth's debut wasn't 5 star caliber (Still a solid release) Might've been an illmatic for all we know :yeshrug: and Inspectah Deck's debut would've changed the course of history as how most would rank him at all time MC. A classic 5 mic release put you on a different pedastal for the rest of your career so just imagine snoop without doggystyle :hubie:

RZA did a lot of sh*t without consulting his team and in a way you just gotta blame his fast pace thinking and mind going a million miles an hour. He had great intent with some questionable execution. I've learned that even though you are looking out for someone, it's still best to talk to them first about it before making that decision. Dirty was in his right to snuff RZA for that even though it would benefit Dirt :mjlol:

RZA took a lot of 30 foot 3 pointers with hands in his face only to make clean swishes when he had these tough decisions to make, a lot of people could never :picard:
but i guess that's what makes legends, gotta at def give him his flowers for that :ehh:

halfway thru ep 3…series continues to be impressive…hearing these beats make me want to run back and listen to my tapes except I threw them all away lmao…I need to download all the wu albums at some point…also makes me think of how lucky I was to make it thru the early 90s…I wasn’t into no shyt heavy but still…cats in general was just really grimy depending on which neighborhoods you grew up in…I don’t want to credit myself for just simply doing what men are supposed to do growing up but I truly beat the odds…had 3 best friends growing up—one died, another did some time and the third one homeless…and this not atypical for the dudes in the neighborhood I grew up in…sad shyt smh…only complaint which is the same as last season is this rza actor lol

watching the college ep and what’s crazy is I met some of these dudes in virginia when I was at hampton…I wanna say fall of 93 or if not then summer of 94…they was giving out the same damn cassette single with the wu book illustration…the thing is they weren’t well-known so I can barely remember which ones I met…I’m tempted to say deck and ODB but I’m not 100% sure…it was in front of the old student union…hampton was waaay smaller back then and crazier lmaooo…got into more trouble there than I did in my old neighborhood but that’s a whole different story lol

steve rifkind asking the cabbie if he knew the name of the song reminded me of how if you caught a song (especially a new one) in the middle of it playing on the radio, sometimes the DJ wouldn’t announce the name of the song or the artist at the end and you’d have to wait til you heard it again and hope you catch the song at the beginning…sometimes it could be days or weeks before you heard a new song again lmao
