I dunno about y’all be the disabled Ghostface lil brother steals the scene every time
he always got a crazy one liner
He illustrates the simple brilliance in thia show.
Real talk. As a just stock black show.
This show should be given huge awards.
Then as a tv show just a tv show.
It should be getting way more recognition.
The street detail is not overblown.
Only thing off about the show is the rza cast.
Yet he gets across how unsure rza would have been in this period.
Given the circumstances presented on film to a casual.
Although not the right complexion and visually leaving a wu fan like this is supposed to be rza.
Is the only issue i can raise. When real talk,... Maybe this casting is cast to expresss artistically.
how far rza came from just being bobby.
Especially when you take into account the mythos and how bobby became a link to the clan forming in the first place. You can see all the train ride animosity etc meth faced. You can see how rae, ghost and bobby had to ramp to even see meth. Plus how the crack gen changed everything to now back then. At times i feel the slang is a bit too modern. Yet it is well written on a level so far. This show keeps itself from being commercial hiphop phoney. While getting good marks from me.
as just a damn good stock tv show. As well as a gateway film mythos to the wu.
Good show and the reviews for it.
should have a lot more praise from the comments.
As this shyt could be very easily atrociously bad.
When i found it to be a high quality watch.
Especially for material that has to feature prison industrial economy gateway period based content. Which could easily be horrific. Yet this show excellently does a great job of navigating. Not being corny, or contrite.
Let alone a total abomination.
I actually would recommend the show. When typically a show like this.
would be farrah abrahams level of critique from me.
Excellent job so far.
