Aliyah Boston and the real Rookie of the Year CC just keep stacking Ws
what narrative you trying to startIt’s like they’re not missing a beat without a certain player in the lineup shooting 38% from the field but were the worst team in the league without Carter
Subtracting a Wench is ALWAYS a positivewhat narrative you trying to start
Just making an “observation”, brethrenwhat narrative you trying to start
No...Mitchell/Clark/Boston......Coach Sides play calling is basic and predictable...Infact she's cost Indy 3 games (Chicago,Washington,Dallas) by not using her timeouts.
Indy needs to start Temi over Smith. She does the little thing way better. Smith just wants to be a bucket getter. She doesn't have the intangibles to succeed as a 4th option.
You are right on the money. Sometimes when the shots are falling from Mitchell and CC, Smith will pull up with a wild shot out of nowhere like she jealous or some shyt. She is also terrible at the rim.
Yea Sides gotta get in the lab this offseason and get more plays to get her shots offball.Another 25 and 10 game. CC might have rhe career record for those by the end of the season.
All jokes aside. She and the coach have to work on her getting better looks and knocking them down. Contrary to popular belief around here, shooting 40% from 2 isn't gonna cut it. With better shot selection she could actually average 25 and 10 as crazy as that sounds.
The rotations (more Lexie Hull, less KLS and Nalyssa), the decision to put the ball in Aliyah's hands more at the top of the key, the plays drawn up to get Caitlin more open shots which have drastically improved CC's numbers....that's all Sides. She's been tantamount to Indiana's revival.
Actually think they rely too much on Mitchell. She's thrown up a lot of bad shots the last couple games. I think when the Fever is fully rebuilt Mitchell is either gone or a sixth man. She doesn't work as a backcourt partner with Clark. Clark's partner in the backcourt should be a guard that does more off-ball.
