From my knowledge, there were two migrations to West Afraka (Western Sudanic) from the Great Lakes and Nile River Valley (East Afraka).
The "Ba" (misnamed "Bantu") expansion was when the Greco-Romans started to invade Kemet. Nilotic mixed with Twa. Lower West Afraka.
The "Sahelians" like (Fulani) etc migrated from Sudan. You'll notice they have the same features as "Horners" (Somalia, Ethiopia, Eritrea")
such as yellow brown skin-thin features. It's mostly likely both Horners and Sahelians have the same "Kushyte" phenotype. Upper West Afraka.
