I swear for guys like Fields and Tua or any other QB from a prestigious College Team, there needs to a be a sort of High Caliber Program weight when judging QBs for the draft. Like how much of their 'skill' is based on having NFL-caliber WR, TE, OL on their teams and can hide their flaws.
