Does it matter what I use? I was looking up how to make cannabutter. I read you should decarb first before grinding. I already have my weed grind.
Also, does the decarb process smell the house like weed?
It doesn’t matter what you use. I suggested the magical butter cause it’s got everything down to a science. And I vape my weed which then decarbs it so i’m not to 100% sure but if I had to guess it would definitely make your crib smell

You cannot go to a dispensary unless you have a card here in DC, and getting a card requires you to be a DC resident. Your best bet is Delivery services or hitting up an event.
The best delivery services I've used are Federal Reserve, Elevator and MetroMeds. Federal Reserve has some nice ultra designer as does Elevator.

Just get this, it decarbs the weed so that all you have to do is sprinkle the decarbed weed on whatever you're eating. No need to make oil anymore

@El Villano Ingobernable I forgot, you can decarb your ground up herb by wrapping it tight in some aluminum foil or parchment paper, then puttting in the oven for around an hour. Preheat the oven to 245f, before putting the herb in. Don't open the pouch until it has cooled down in the refrigerator. You want to expose the herb to as little oxygen as possible. THC turns into CBN when its exposed to oxygen.

Thanks. Do you know how long the house will smell like weed? If this is my only way of doing it, I guess I gotta deal with it.
It shouldn't be that strong if you turn on the fan above your stove, wrap the herb tight, and don't open it until it has cooled down.
If you have one of those essential oil misters, that helps big time with weed smell. Just use a lot of essential oils, but the smell shouldn't be that bad in the fist place.
