The body high can be intense at a high enough temperature. I personally vape at 410+ degrees farenheit because the lower temperatures started giving me anxiety and panic attacks.
Sometimes 392 depending on the strain. I plan on getting a vape that goes higher than 428.

Maybe one day I will get used to the lower temperatures because that will be healthier for me in the long run but the anxiety is too overwhelming.

Hmm.. I thought going on 392 (depending on the style of vape - especially conduction) could be dangerous as temps above 392 produce benzene, which is known be carcinogenic in humans. So you might want to dial it back a bit brethren.

That whole benzene thing is overblown. The amounts you're exposed to by going outside, especially from car exhaust, is FAR more than what you will experience at 392+. You get exposed to benzene every day. However, that doesn't mean I don't want to eventually go back to and stay on the lower temperatures. When I first got my vape, I mainly stuck to about 374 farenheit but again the anxiety and panic attacks were simply too much. The lower temperatures provide too much THC not being balanced out by the other cannaboids (CBD, CBN, etc.) provided by higher temperatures.

Runtz is ridiculously hyped out Baltimore DC area.. I've seen 60 to 80 for the eighth.. not even the best shyt smoking..

Now that Mac 1 prob best shyt I've seen and smoked.. got different batches their all the same gassy piney taste and look.. I get exotics often and that's one where i don't say anything and people hit it and ask me what's that? Or damn this strong

It takes 6 weeks to develop a habit, and 6 days to break it. So if you can make it past a week, you should be good.
If you can't go a week without smoking weed, you need a hobby or some shyt.
