Yea, I don’t want to hear none of that shyt. These SES’s and generals are at the flag level for a reason. Stand up for something other than your next promotion. The senior officials at State made a stand by all of them resigning together and from my friends I have there, things haven’t been the same since. Don’t be a fukkin coward like my commanding general when I was deployed there (Batiste) and only speak out once it was established your third star wasn’t coming and Rumsfeld forced your retirement. Bunch of fukkin cowards

What can anyone really do though to effect change besides kill someone? Mitch blocks any legislation from getting through Congress. What can any resistance really do in this country?

In a functioning representative democracy mitch would be voted out either by the senate out of his position or by voters out of his seat.

But yea, the least popular Senator in the country is controlling government. :francis:

Right. Suleibreh was living the life he knew. This didn't come out of nowhere. They had just attacked a US base and then they ransacked the embassy. He was stunting with the head of the Iraqi militias that had just attacked both when they both were droned. I don't think it was the right course of action because I would like there to be peace but I can see how we came to this road. Seems like it's all in the game.
