Its not an ICC bias that Ivory Coast, for example, transferred Gbagbo and his case to the Hague.

If anything, the reaction Palestine joining the ICC and referring Israel for investigation shows what the court is up against in other parts of the world, where powerful states obstruct it. Its not the court itself that is the problem.

i also dont think the US has even signed onto the ICC because the government doesnt want the possibility of Americans tried in the Hague to even be in play
