Yes, it's fine to take the Zinc & Lecithin daily.. (I do.)

I don't go over 50mg with the zinc though..

Just get some generic multivitamin from your local pharmacy.

I get the store brand One-A-Day. $7 for 200 tabs. :obama:

There's nothing wrong with One-A-Day, and more power to you for taking them. That said, look at the ingredient list for the one I linked. Everything after "potassium" you won't find in a conventional multi-vitamin.

Whole food vitamins are much better in my opinion, and worth the extra $$

I don't put too much importance into multivitamins. You can't tell if one is working or not. It's more like insurance if anything. A quick browse at consumerresearch.com for the best price/serving and I KIM.
