yep...I hate crying about calls but this was horrendous

My roommate is even a hardcore Duke fan (we're both born and raised in Durham) and he said "ball don't lie. The basketball gods aren't gonna let these shots fall."
But they did.
Well update the thread and lets start talking about next year.
If Jackson, Meeks and Hicks don't test the NBA then we return 6 of our 8 top scorers. So I say we're a pre-season top 8 team.

G/F: Justin Jackson | Theo Pinson
F: Isaiah Hicks | Luke Maye

What y'all think? I think That's at least an elite 8 team. I won't be surprised if they are back in the final four next year.
The coaching staff will have to work with Hicks to stay out of foul trouble though. And that second guard spot is really up for grabs. I can see any one of the four starting (Britt, Woods, Williams, Robinson).

The dust has settled and the ether has stopped burning so I gotta say that was one hell of a season. We came up one basket short in one of the greatest championship games ever against a team that ran through the tourney with ease...nothing to be ashamed about there. Hate it for Brice and Paige but I'm glad that last 3 he hit will live on forever.
Barring injury there's no reason we won't be right back in it next season. If guys make similar improvements to last year and Bradley/Seventh are as good as I think.....

i can accept losing if I didn't see terrible calls against us in the 2nd half. quick fouls, no calls.
watched with multiple duke fans and they were incredulous by the screw job. missed calls and travels and so much bullshyt
i hate blaming the refs as an excuse but i had 2 diehard Duke fans tell me the refs were fukking us over so it's not like i am a homer here.
