JaRon was the oldest and the best of the 3. He's the best player in Kansas City high school history. Had Kareem's shooting and was an more elite athlete than pre acl Brandon until the bottle got him
. Left UCLA early, didn't get drafted and it was all downhill from there. Him and my cousin are close, and he is a genuinely good dude, but they had no guidance.

Roy's time is coming to an end. That's was just embarrassing. How do you not call a TO at the end did they not have any? Brice is the only one on the team who could hit anything so there should've been something drawn up for him to touch the ball on that last shot. thought that was spot on. it was the last 5 years of recruitment misses, lack of development, the scandal and duke dominance all rolled into one.
may sound reactionary but it makes it so much more of a painful loss. honestly this one stings more than the austin rivers game.
i am not saying fire roy or anything but this program just seems to be stale right now. this was our year while duke was down before their 2016 class.

The stars were aligned for y'all this year too. The way Unc recruits now they don't get one and dones the only way they can contend is to get a recruiting class who gradually gets better and after two or three years you have a veteran team full of improved players add in a down year in all of CBb and this is as good as it's gonna get
If you don't win it this year you are gonna have to wait another 2 or 3 years and hope the recruiting classes improve enough to contend as juniors and seniors

Yeah obviously you never know what could happen in Cbb but it's not crazy to say this could be the last chance Unc will contend for awhile
Another thing you've got lucky with is nobody left earlier then they should have because that could kill your chances when building a team slowly

This team gets it's cue from their leader....Roy. They start playing "not to lose" as opposed to playing to win down the stretch. The way we fell apart last year in Cameron coupled with this year reiterates just how little these kids are getting from the coach. I'm not even concerned about calling a timeout on the last play as much as I am concerned with not calling one to adjust to Ingram's mini 3 basket run. Or not using one right before the final media timeout to give Brice a blow if you were gonna keep him out there chasing Ingram around the perimeter. Or how about a damn timeout to get in your team's ass after about their 3 trip down the floor without testing Plumlee. There were so many mistakes made on the bench that those kids played 38 minutes and couldn't even get 2 solid minutes outta the coaches. They let them down big time. Game should've been a blowout. Brice and Hicks were supposed to be putting on a dunk clinic hi-low'ing bum ass Chase Jeter to death at around the 8 minute mark.....but nope....Roy let 5 guys beat him last night at the pad.
