lmao at blaming roy for this. it isnt his call at all. take it up with carol folt and the vp of campus affairs if you think he is getting a raw deal.

this isnt him leaving the program because roy didnt play him enough. he's withdrawing from the UNIVERSITY because he is facing sexual assault accusations and isnt even allowed on campus right now. it isnt roy's fault that jalek is possibly some combo of immature, entitled and/or dumb. he likely wouldnt have had a choice to come back even if he wanted to.

and of course his lawyer is going to defend him. that doesnt mean anything,

last thing i want is for roy to start pulling an izzo or art briles and sticking his nose in campus police work. not saying jalek is definitely guilty or definitely innocent. but roy needs to stick to coaching instead of getting involved in protecting his guys from the judicial system and having absolute hell rain down on us from the justice department and/or national media like we have seen numerous times in the last couple years.

not sure about the statutes in north carolina (did some googling and got mixed reports) but in many states it is a criminal act to knowingly spread stds.

no one knows for sure if this is what the university suspended him for but if it is, it certainly could fall within their jurisdiction
