Lot of people who make 6 figures or higher think they are better than everybody, I say this at work about upper management all the time.
Higher the pay, higher the entitlement, malfeasance and higher carelessness about everyone else when they make decisions... and they wonder why turnover high asf.

It’s 2023, making 6 figures is damn near the bare minimum to even afford a middle class lifestyle.

This post is such an insane take in a thread about workers who are currently making 94k on average looking to earn around 130k.

These folks are just asking to be paid closer to what they’re worth.
