So soon after it was spit on a previous battle. No. They can't. In the same crew? Even worse. But you're basically saying two battle rappers can't have a similar scheme without it being considered a "blatant rip".
Correct?

JC came pretty nice and for zero crowd reaction. shyt was kinda crazy.
He HAS to work on that. He KEEPS getting rooms taken from him.I agree. Seemed like dude was on point. Crowd wasn't feeling him though. His voice is kinda thin, doesn't really command the room.
Crowd reaction was a shame because barwise I don't think it was a bad battle for JC by any means
I don't know what it was. Not being as aggressive at Shine or something. The way he writes? It was kinda puzzling.I agree. Seemed like dude was on point. Crowd wasn't feeling him though. His voice is kinda thin, doesn't really command the room.

If JC alters how he battles as far as projection at this point his lyrics can suffer because they'll sound forced.
Look at the conceited, he's not rapping at the top of his lungs but still gets everything across
They don't have to change too much. They could do what they do, sprinkle in bits of goin in bar after bar and have some persona for themselves. Lux's issue was more persona based (everyone feeling like here we go again) and then not going in hard (almost B Magic style). Longer drawn out stuff while people ain't trying to hear that shyt (appearing boring due to talk to that nikka v3.0) = prep yaself for that BODYBAG. The last two battles has been about tearing down Lux's persona while he was sticking to it. JC needs something to differentiate one round of his from another round of his. The way he clowned Chilla in their battle was a good example.Conceited has an all bars approach which helps. He's non stop punches
where as JC is more set up for a more complex punchline and big crowds ain't trying to wait 30 seconds for you to get to the point. People who appreciate complex lyricism are few and far between. JC wants to win live he's gonna have to be a bar every 10 seconds. I feel like him and Lux are kinda in the same predicament where in order for them to start winning live they have to adjust their approach to appease the crowd there.
I ordered the PPVwhere is it at Fresh??

The contrast between Shine, JC, and the reactions they got kinda made me think of this. The stage clearly affects the reaction from crowds. Whether that's a bigger stage being leading to more "performance" (basically what Shine did best in this battle) or reactions moving from the mmmm's to the OOOHH's.
Somehow JC needs to figure out how to command the crowd. I dunno if that's it, but it's something to think about.
It was too strange how they seemed throughout his rounds.
