Tupac had such a big energy it's hard to replicate.



I'm not expecting to watch Demetrius and mistake him for Pac. As long as his overall performance does justice to him I'm good. In the NWA movie the actors playing Eazy and Dre didn't sound that much like them either but they gave good performances and captured their characters.

1 of the things that damaged the Biggie film to me was the actor playing Biggie rapping, he just made Big sound like some average rapper, I hope the dude playing Pac does a better job than that.

I was ready to hate but after viewing it again. He didn't too bad. Mannerisms were good, the actual acting wasn't too bad. Its just he needed to be more aggressive and passionate. It didn't really convey as much emotion as it should have

Now they're saying it was a pre shoot/practice clip.

I showed the clip to some people and they really liked it, I rewatched and liked it even more too. I think whoever said it should be shyt in the orginal camera angle has a good point, I think that would be better. It's not about having the perfect identical voice though, it's about capturing the essence and I think this actor has a shot at doing that, I'm willing to wait and see.
