why do you guys call Taker "Mustard Mark"?

a few years ago at (I believe) The Elimination Chamber PPV when he was coming to the ring he got set on fire by one of the pyrotechnics going off he still participated in the match but the next night on WWE Raw he had yellow patches on his face (medication to help aid the burns).
