I love seeing these stories much as the next breh but dancing in the end zone - no. Never. Too much lucre and too much white supremacy means this disease is gonna be around and a threat for a long time. There is no real civil war in their party - the vast majority from high level on down have decided they're Trumpist Fascists and that's it. They'll boot the ones who aren't or weaken them. They had a brief post fukk moment of clarity after 1/6 in a few high up and civilian quarters but that lasted not even a week.

There is not much new to celebrate here but what this shows is that what we thought was going to happen to the GOP is happening and will continue to happen.
