Yeah I agree with the brehs that Bush's image has had an uncanny clean up thanks to Trump.
At his time, dude was hated as a stupid Texan born again christian warmonger. People forgot the massive world wide protests against the Iraq war and how bad his administration looked in the UN trying to convince the world of Saddam's WMDs. Even before 9/11he was seen as incompetent and mostly there thanks to his dad's name and team.
However he also had this image of a useful idiot who wasnt really the guy taking the decisions because Cheney (or Rumsfeld) was the actual brain/decision maker like Pinky and the Brain. Bush has also always been a guy who was abit goofy and who could take and crack jokes.
The difference between Trump and Obama, Bush or Clinton is that you can disagree with their policies and what type of politician they are but there's a friendliness to them like you can relate on a human level. However Trump is a rotten narcissist whom you know would throw you under to save himself.
