How is he getting outplayed.
That’s like saying an athlete is getting outplayed by the refs. He isn’t making or enforcing the rules.
He’s right though. A scenario where he is found guilty in the NY case and wins the election while on bail is possible. I doubt any of the other cases go to trial before the election and the race will be close in the battleground states. It’s not a crazy scenario.
I know some people in the legal circles in Atlanta and both he and Fani are known grandstanders. They love the limelight.
