That's the problem right there. Delay delay was always the plan. I remember in 2016 I kept telling folks the presidency and the Senate is important because bad judges can fukk up every thing, but people didn't want to hear it. Til this day we still have people who still don't understand that.
All they gotta do is wait til right before the term ends in June. A trial for J6 will take 4-6 months. Jack Smith may want it to go to trial but his boss doesn't want to interfere with the election so I bet they pause it til after the election.
