Probably. To a degree. it's overreaching and overly broad. It's ungainly. All those defendants, all those appeals, a dozen special prosecutors. Prosecutors can become transfixed and just over play their hand. Obviously, I don't have a law degree, Fani Willis is smart, capable, but sometimes they get tunnel vision. And aren't immune from a lust for publicity, or a self righteous sort of vision.
Charge Trump and three others in a lean, tight, small case that is ready for trial. There's so many variables on the RICO, it's a liability.
I don't doubt she had an affair with the guy. It will be messy. Just the fact that he had ZERO prosecutorial experience isn't a good look.
