Ultimately it falls on Biden for picking a failure at AG in Garland who's weak. Biden could've appointed a acting AG who appointed a special counsel to immediately investigate everything about Trump's corruption, COVID response and crimes. 100.. I can literally see Trump on some mass dictator shyt locking people up...after the coup attempt the traitors should have immediately been rounded and locked dafuk up a precedent needed to be set instead we got weak leaders trying to "normal" there way out of this.
