She appears to be ignoring the importance of grand jury secrecy. She is also forcing the parties to brief the issues of the propriety of an out-of-district grand jury proceedings, which is not her under jurisdiction, while simultaneously striking under seal filings intended to preserve the required secrecy of those grand jury proceedings.

It is unclear if Special Counsel Jack Smith will seek the intervention of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals at this time, which in two separate scathing orders previously struck down Judge Cannon’s illegal attempt to assert jurisdiction over the Mar-a-Lago search warrant back in 2022.

In addition to previously being reversed by the Court of Appeals related to the Trump search warrant, it was recently reported that Judge Cannon in one of the very few criminal cases she’s presided over failed to swear in a jury and violated the constitutional rights of a criminal defendant by locking the defendant’s family out of the court room, depriving the defendant of the right to a public trial.

Trump really needs to be detained or jailed at this point. Multiple indictments, some of them incredibly grave/ high risk, he’s incited riots in the past and he’s continuing to aggressively insult prosecutors & judges, and bait domestics terrorists
