They 100% could take this to trial, and hang the jury. Get a mistrial. Maybe even an acquittal, but I doubt it. All they need is one holdout. The whole ordeal will be a mess.

The only way it isn't, is if he agrees to plea, to avoid being charged, but he's never been that type to plead. He will fight til the end.

He still has to worry about the Georgia indictment too, which should be coming at some point in the near future.
