Followed this trial closely, but I don't understand, on on level, or two, the jury believes that he did everything but insert himself, or his hands in her vagina, or was the jury not asked anything on that technical aspect or not, as in, he was liable for the battery of the woman, and the defamation, and they found him liable on both counts

The phrasing I read made it seem like they had the option it find him guilty of penetrative rape, and didn't which is a weird distinction. Like he had her in the room, he pulled her tights, he shoved her against the wall, but didn't insert his fingers in her vagina?

Maybe this peels off a few more independent voters.

The Evangelicals have sold their souls and covered their ears and noses. They’re too busy writing Trump fan fiction scripture passages to change direction.

Whoever else makes up the GOP is a white grievance voter. So he’s still their guy.

Nothing major will happen since DeSantis is too passive and an unlikeable turd.

I mean, it’s no different than a prison guard role. They join him where ever he goes and rotate staff in shifts. If I’m secret service, I’d probably rather do shift work in a prison than say a parade.

Trump is obviously in a secure prison with full staff, rigorous security protocols, and safety measures

Secret service works shifts that are essentially there to oversee his safety

They rotate accordingly

Not saying I would want to do this job, but really what’s the issue?

If he sees a jail he'll get protective custody, and probably won't see a normal prisoner. He'll probably just interact with guards and federal employees. All secret service would do is just watch him on camera.

It would probably just be easier to throw him on house arrest in the middle of a military base. Cut off all contact with the outside world and let his age take care of him
