Federal preemption...remember that. My attorney friends are laughing because the Feds have jurisdiction because of the federal finance violations that triggered this indictment. Merick Garland didn't even take this case. This is a novel legal theory and a competent DA would not bring this case for someone as high profile.

I only mentioned that podcast three times and it was to explain why the high indictment count was not indicative of some major big time crime conduct. There was no "spam". That was made up bullshyt by you.
The problem with you and many other people in here is that you have tunnel vision and can only tolerate people who have the same exact beliefs and opinions as yourselves. If someone expresses a different opinion, you all gang up on that person, and sometimes you'll shytpost (such as you're doing now by tagging me to bait me) to get laughs and support from likeminded people even if all the facts are not on your side or the person with a different opinion is providing strong information to support their point of view. There is no toleration of difference of opinion. No legitimate debate. No openness to different perspectives. Just upset marks when someone isn't reading from the same robotic transcript. Even if that person may agree with you 90% of the time on other things.
I'm sorry that I don't want Trump indicted for jaywalking and therefore will cheerlead anything for the sake of doing it. I hate Trump like all of you. But it doesn't mean that I have to buckle and just agree that this is some strong great indictment for the sake of fitting in with people.

Alvin Bragg Officially arrested Trump unlike tons of others that could have but only talked about doing it over all these Decades. I find it hard to believe homie would bring a “weak case” against the former President. Someone like Bragg would’ve made sure that the case was very strong, and the grand jury obviously found his evidence compelling. He brings a weak case, trump skates and his career is essentially over. I can’t imagine a grand jury indictment based on some flimsy legal theory.
