A bit amazed that Nairo Quintana still 5th for the yellow Jersey.

Maybe 32 years old isn’t super old but it feels old for the Tour de France. Imagine if he climbs well tomorrow.

With the way he finished today very much doubt he'll make time back tomorrow. (But with him anything is possible) Tomorrow if anything might be Jumbo's foot on neck day and end him completely out of contention.

Now UAE don't have to protect the jersey and everyone else from 2-7 in GC are all within a min of each other. UAE now have some help. And we know Pogacar likes a long range attack.

Nairo is a curious case because he peaked early 23-26. But at the same time was also hamstrung by Moviestar politics. Which I think took the joy of racing out of him for a while.
