i don't get how she can't run the 400m but she can the 200m

Different testosterone limits in the 400m and 200m from what I understand. These two Namibians may be hermaphrodites like Semenya and could/should have been banned from the Olympics. Mboma literally ran like a dude at the end, all power, wide legs and wide arms.
