One thing they need to teach Nia is to stop fixing her hair after every move. It's a small adjustment that can make her look less awkward.

They keep letting her do the "fat chick who thinks she's cute" gimmick instead of the "monster fat heel" gimmick that she should be doing.
Her hair should be in a ponytail, her gear needs to be less girly and she should put some bass in her voice when she talks.
