Mecca says him, Esso, Hynaken, and Bigga had a parlay all set to go to hash out any issues but Math didn’t want to do it :francis:

He also says that Math never reached out to him about any of these financial/space renting issues after Rory mentioned how connected Mecca is and how Mecca could’ve helped solve the problem :francis:

We all know Math is a self sabotager but it seems like his biggest issue is/was greed. Mecca could’ve found them a new spot easily but Math probably didn’t want to break bread or let anyone in on the business, even if it meant killing the show off

The video below really explains Math's issue. He never fully appreciated the podcast and still dreams of rap stardom. He treated the podcast like he hit a lick.
As mentioned, there are other issues: Business savvy, people management skills, etc, but he really wants to be a rapper.

Joe and Math are almost the same cat. Two failed rappers who found a second career in talking to or about successful rappers, and now act like they are in the same league as the biggest and richest rappers, or worse the biggest executives. Except that they do it to their friends, partners, on screen and on while people who are comfortable with those stacks might just do it behind the scenes :mjlol:

The pettiness is next level with both of them :wow:

I don't think Joe is a failed rapper. He had a few big records, almost sold 100k first week, had a successful mixtape series, and Slaughterhouse. He wasn't a star but he had a decent career. He just couldn't sustain mainstream success.

To his credit he was smart enough to find something that worked and fully retire from rapping instead of putting out low effort music at 40+ because he needs the money.

Math never had any success musically and never will.

His head movements a little.. off.
Pause.
He is a friend of Busta, looks like he be getting busted up smh lmao.

I'm sorry, I can't listen to a whole show of just Mecca.
He isn't by himself, he is with Raury and Mal on the show and the little clips he is doing isn't a show. They are like 5 minutes in length the most.

Yep that's why he pushed his music on the show but people don't care for it. He is trash and was a mediocre battle rapper.

shyt, I went to MSG to see the Knicks beat the Nets this season and Pump It Up was getting play there. That's a success imo.

Just couldn't follow it up but he has die hard fans from his mixtape days especially mood muzik,
